Yeah, I mean I don't know who leaked it. But the problem I have with it is not even the leak itself. Listen, if you're going to accept it and you're going to say, yes, this is a true document, which to me is even crazier because it wasn't signed.
So they could have literally just said, no, not ours. And there would have been no way that anyone would have been able to— The day that it released, I went through it with a couple of different journalists. They're like, is this thing real? There's no signer.
There's no to. There's no from. It's not a normal formatted DOJ document.
Where did this come from? It didn't make any sense. So they could have just been like, nope, not ours. But instead they were like, yeah, four days or three days later, it is ours actually.
And it is real. So yep, that's our position, and that's the end of it. Like, oh my God, come on.
I don't understand what we're doing here. Now I think the only reason that you couldn't have fully denied it immediately was the fact that it had the link in it that was live. But even that makes it even worse.
To me it looked like somebody leaked it, and it was a draft version of the memo. But instead of saying that, they just said, oh, yep, that's our official position. That's all we want to talk about.
We're done with this. That's it. Nothing else to see here, which is just clearly not the right decision.
And again, like we've said multiple times in here, Bondi's entire press team is just— they're either the stupidest people that have ever existed, or she doesn't use them at all. And I think that it's very likely that— I wonder, this might be something that is possible. I think there's some people that just believe they can operate in the same way as Trump, where Trump can just walk out in front of a camera and say they don't know what the fuck they're doing and get away with it.
