Hey there, my fellow hive friends! Here we are again for a brand new hive power up day—the November edition.
Once again this month, I managed to do exactly what I set out to do: take part in this awesome day.
I truly believe in the hive world and I want to keep this momentum going.

Thanks to all of you who read my posts, I was able to do a pretty solid hive power-up. We're talking about around 94 hive—sure, it might not be a massive amount to some, but for me, it's huge!
On top of that, I want to celebrate another milestone that I honestly didn't see coming. I reached a threshold that used to feel completely out of reach: I officially passed 500 hp in staking!
I have to admit, I've really gotten a taste for this now. My next goal is 1000. It'll take as long as it takes, but this is definitely the path I'm on.

Free time is getting tighter and tighter. Work takes up most of my energy and life's busy schedule doesn't give me as much time as I'd like to hang out with you all. Because of that, I had to make a choice. I don't know if it's the right one or not, but it felt like the absolute best move for my growth.
Here is how the funds I put into staking are split up:

Why I chose these communities and users:
I split the delegations across a few different projects—ranging from one dedicated to splinterlands, which is one of my favorite games, to the communities that have supported me along my journey. Plus, I wanted to support the Italian community because a little healthy patriotism never hurts!
the missing 100 hp
After this HPUD, I'm left with another 100 hp to manage, but to be completely honest, I haven't decided what to do with it yet. I'm stuck between two options: delegate this hp too, or keep it in my wallet to use for upvoting.
I do have one worry though: using 100 hp for voting might feel like a waste since it wouldn't offer any real, significant support to the users I vote for. But at the same time, I’d love to show my appreciation for the posts I genuinely find interesting.

Carissimi amici di hive eccoci ad un nuovo hive power up day, quello di novembre.
Anche questo mese sono riuscito nel mio intento, quello di partecipare a questa giornata.
Credo nel mondo hive e vorrei continuare così.

Grazie a voi, amici che mi leggete, ho fatto un hive power-up abbastanza consistente, parliamo di circa 80 hive, non sono certamente cifre enormi, ma per me corpose.
Inoltre vorrei festeggiare un altro traguardo inaspettato, il raggiungimento di una soglia che consideravo irraggiungibile: ho superato i 500 hp in staking.
Ma vi confesso che ci ho preso gusto, il mio prossimo obiettivo saranno i 1000, ci metterò tutto il tempo necessario, ma questa è la direzione.

Le deleghe sono state suddivise in vari progetti, da quello dedicato ad uno dei miei giochi preferiti splinterlands, a comunità che mi hanno supportato nella mia crescita, inoltre, un sostegno alla comunità italiana, un po’ di sano patriottismo ci sta sempre bene.
i 100 hp mancanti
Dopo questo HPUD mi ritrovo con altri 100 hp da gestire, ma sinceramente non ho ancora deciso cosa fare, le strade sono due: delegare anche questi hp o mantenerli in portafoglio per usarli nel voto.
Ho solo una perplessità, i 100 hp del voto sarebbero quasi sprecati visto che non darebbero un vero sostegno agli utenti che voterei, ma allo stesso tempo, mi piacerebbe dare un segno del mio apprezzamento ai post che reputo interessanti.
Datemi un consiglio?
L’unica certezza è che continuerò a scrivere e credere in questo progetto!
