Caminando hacia casa pasamos por un lugar que llaman "Círculo militar", es un tipo de club donde se reunen los militares y desde siempre, desde que tengo uso de razón existe trascendiendo en el tiempo gobiernos desde hace más de 40 años. Lo cierto es que noté que en uno de sus muros estaban pintados murales de monumentos que se encuentran en la ciudad de Barquisimeto, y me pareció genial poder tomarme una foto con cada uno de ellos.

Cada ciudad tiene sus historias, su cultura, sus monumentos que la caracterizan y que las hace ser recordables para aquellos que viven en ella o que solo van de paso.

En Barquisimeto tenemos varios y estos son de los más importantes, a mi me hace sentir que pertenezco a una ciudad muy especial y aunque en mi alma me siento ciudadana del mundo, me da orgullo bonito cada detalle que hace que el lugar donde nací sea especial.

Un detalle: Estas fotos las tomó mi hija @anjiart con mi teléfono, justo cuando venía de vuelta de hacerme un tratamiento de conducto en una muela, traía un dolor horrible, sin embargo, pensar en registrar las fotografías, hacer las poses, me hizo desconectar momentáneamente del dolor y de mi realidad y esas son las cosas que amo de Hive, que es mi oasis que me conecta con mi poder creativo y de muchas maneras me ayuda a pasar los malos momentos de una forma más llevadera.

Por eso mi cara tal vez no está tan amigable, pero les aseguro que les traigo esta partecita de mi ciudad con todo el amor de mi corazón.

Walking home we passed by a place called "Círculo militar", it is a kind of club where it has always existed for as long as I can remember, transcending in time governments for more than 40 years. The truth is that I noticed that in one of its walls were painted murals of monuments that are in the city of Barquisimeto, and I thought it was great to take a picture with each of them.

Every city has its stories, its culture, its monuments that characterize it and make it memorable for those who live there or just passing through.

In Barquisimeto we have several and these are among the most important, to me it makes me feel that I belong to a very special city and although in my soul I feel like a citizen of the world, it gives me beautiful pride in every detail that makes the place where I was born special.

A detail: These photos were taken by my daughter @anjiart with my phone, just when I was coming back from having a root canal treatment on a tooth, I was in horrible pain, however, thinking about recording the photos, making the poses, made me momentarily disconnect from the pain and my reality and those are the things I love about Hive, which is my oasis that connects me with my creative power and in many ways helps me get through the bad moments in a more bearable way.

That's why my face may not be so friendly, but I assure you that I bring you this little part of my city with all the love in my heart.
