Mucho se habla en esta época de los concursos de belleza, incluso de manera personal desde hace años he tratado de sanar algunas cosas que estos han causado en mí al compararme con tantas mujeres hermosas que hacen vida en el famoso mundo de la moda y el modelaje. Sin embargo la vida siempre da la oportunidad de repensar y reconceptualizar a través de experiencias, y aquí es donde entra el Hive´s Top Model.
Cuando comenzamos la idea junto al equipo de Hive's Red Carpet nunca nos imaginamos cuán grande sería esto, pero más allá de los retos y los premios, nunca nos imaginamos la profunda transformación que este "concurso de belleza" traería a toda la comunidad de mujeres con la que estamos compartiendo esta experiencia.
Una de las cosas más bonitas es ver como se manifiesta la sororidad dentro del chat privado de las participantes, leerlas a cada una, como van superando procesos, apoyándose, manifestando sus emociones y conteniéndose es realmente emocionante, es que es Hive, no podía haber sido diferente.
Si hay algo que Hive me ha enseñado es que su comunidad es distinta en todos los sentidos, y si, a veces se ven roces, es normal, pero en líneas generales lo que se ve es una tendencia al apoyo y a la amistad, como decimos por allí "Hive Cambia Vidas" .
En el caso de las mujeres que estamos viviendo la experiencia del Top Model en Hive, el compañerismo, las ganas de aportar y la superación de sí mismas ha sido la clave, siempre usando el concurso como un momento para salir de la zona de confort y probarse a sí mismas de lo que son capaces.
Me siento sumamente orgullosa de todo lo que he visto hasta ahora, mujeres llenas de energía, que desde sus distintas realidades van dándo lo mejor de sí mismas y nos sorprenden cada semana con entregas maravillosas. También algunas reconociendo sus limitaciones o sus gustos, que lo han intentado y luego han descubierto que participar no forma parte de su esencia y lo han reconocido, esto es maravilloso, porque forma parte de ese camino de conocerse y aceptarse.
Un concurso de belleza siempre contiene retos, en este caso hemos querido que fuese algo integral, así que estamos seguras que esto traerá grandes aprendizajes a todas las chicas en áreas donde tal vez no se habían probado y han ido descubriendo que tenían actitudes para ello.
Haciéndo un resumen de este primer mes puedo recoger como impresión 30 días de experiencias intensas, donde un grupo de mujeres han tenido que luchar con sus miedos, han aprendido a valorarse, han demostrado que pueden probarse en diferentes facetas, que poco a poco han ido aceptando su individualidad y han encontrado la posibilidad de amar su esencia única. Además, un grupo de mujeres que han logrado apoyarse entre ellas, que se dan ánimo, que se aplauden, que resaltan los bonito de las otras, que se ayudan entre ellas para lograr los retos, y si, todas sueñan con el premio, pero las veo más soñando con llegar al final de los tres meses con esa sensación en el alma de que si lo pudieron lograr y eso es lo importante.
De verdad, orgullosa de todas, incluyendo a mi equipo de compañeras, con quienes me ha tocado crecer, aprender, debatir y llegar a aprendizajes en muchos aspectos. Esto sin dudas ha sido una experiencia de vida gigante y que nos muestra que en Hive las posibilidades de crear sin infinitas.
Sigamos disfrutando de este proceso, veamos que nos trae el mes de Abril.

There is a lot of talk in this time of beauty pageants, even personally for years I have tried to heal some things that these have caused in me by comparing myself with so many beautiful women who make life in the famous world of fashion and modeling. However life always gives the opportunity to rethink and reconceptualize through experiences, and this is where Hive's Top Model comes in.
When we started the idea together with the Hive's Red Carpet team we never imagined how big this would be, but beyond the challenges and the prizes, we never imagined the profound transformation that this "beauty pageant" would bring to the whole community of women we are sharing this experience with.
One of the most beautiful things is to see how the sorority manifests itself within the private chat of the participants, reading each one of them, how they are overcoming processes, supporting each other, expressing their emotions and holding back is really exciting, it's Hive, it could not have been different.
If there is something that Hive has taught me is that its community is different in every way, and yes, sometimes you see friction, it is normal, but in general what you see is a tendency to support and friendship, as we say over there "Hive Cambia Vidas" (Hive Changes Lives).
In the case of the women who are living the Top Model experience in Hive, companionship, the desire to contribute and self-improvement has been the key, always using the contest as a moment to get out of the comfort zone and prove to themselves what they are capable of.
I feel extremely proud of everything I have seen so far, women full of energy, who from their different realities are giving the best of themselves and surprise us every week with wonderful deliveries. Also some of them recognizing their limitations or their tastes, who have tried and then have discovered that participating is not part of their essence and have acknowledged it, this is wonderful, because it is part of the way to know and accept themselves.
A beauty contest always contains challenges, in this case we wanted it to be something integral, so we are sure that this will bring great learning to all the girls in areas where perhaps they had not tried and have been discovering that they have attitudes for it.
Making a summary of this first month, I can collect as an impression 30 days of intense experiences, where a group of women have had to fight with their fears, they have learned to value themselves, they have shown that they can prove themselves in different facets, which little by little have gone accepting their individuality and have found the possibility to love their unique essence. In addition, a group of women who have managed to support each other, who encourage each other, who applaud each other, who highlight the beauty of the others, who help each other to achieve the challenges, and yes, they all dream of the prize, but I see them more dreaming of reaching the end of the three months with that feeling in their souls that they can achieve it and that is what is important.
Really proud of all of them, including my team of colleagues, with whom I have had to grow, learn, debate and learn in many aspects. This has undoubtedly been a giant life experience and one that shows us that in Hive the possibilities of creating infinite sins.
Let's continue enjoying this process, let's see what the month of April brings us.
