The United States, Britain and France accused the Syrian regime of being responsible for the chemical weapons attacks in Douma and launching attacks on Damascus facilities on Saturday in response. The Syrian government and its close Russian ally declared to be uninvolved and even denied the chemical gas attacks in Douma had occurred. The OPCW team said it would keep searching for evidence on the chemical gas attack report by collecting soil samples, conducting interviews and taking blood samples, urine, and network of unexpected victims. However, after being delayed more than a week since the alleged attack report, strong evidence is likely to be difficult to trace.
