PictShare is an multi lingual, open source image and mp4 hosting service with a simple resizing and upload API that you can host yourself.

I suggest to add a feature the photo button so that users can make a photo,because I see here can only make a video.
Effect
I suggest features to add effects so that the user can choose the effect they like and then they could use that effect in accordance with the wishes of the user.

The benefits of this feature, the users can make a photo and then upload. because I see here only the available video features. this is needed by the user.

The benefits of this feature, the user can choose the effect to their liking, most users do not like the effect normal because it's quite bored to use, so with this feature the user can choose the effect they like to use.
