| Bicarbonato | 1 (pequeña) |
| Huevos | 4 |
| Vainilla | 1(pequeña) |
The first thing to do is peel the pineapple, cut it into slices and then place it in a container with a cup of sugar and water until the pineapple is covered, let it cook for about 20 minutes or until it becomes syrupy.
While the pineapple is cooling, we proceed to make the caramel, for which we use a round tortera, place a cup of sugar with a cup of water. Bring to medium heat until the sugar burns and turns brown.
Once this procedure is ready, we remove it from the heat and before it cools down, the pan is moved so that a tablespoon of butter covers everything, this allows the pineapple not to stick from the pan, it is reserved.
After the slices are cold, we place them and reserve the liquid or juice.
Now we are going to prepare the mixture, for what we are going to use is a container with the four eggs, with the sugar and the rest of the butter we mix, add flour and pineapple juice that we had reserved, simultaneously, we also add the bicarbonate, until we have a homogeneous mixture, if you prefer you can add pieces of pineapple.
Then we place the pineapple slices covering the entire bottom of the pan.
We proceed to add the previous mixture on the pineapple, then we take it to the oven for an hour in a water bath at 240 c
After the hour has passed we can introduce a stick, to confirm that it is ready.
We must mold while still hot, then let it cool and voila, we can taste this rich, exquisite pineapple cake.
