Harina de trigo: 2 tazas
Azucar: 8 cucharadas
Agua: 1/2 taza
Canela: 1 cucharada
Mantequilla: 1 cucharada
Levadura 1 cucharadita
Sal: una pizca
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour: 2 cups
Sugar: 8 tablespoons
Water: 1/2 cup
Cinnamon: 1 tablespoon
Butter: 1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon yeast
Salt: a pinch
PREPARACION:
PREPARATION:
1 Step: I mix all the dry ingredients (flour, 4 tablespoons of sugar, yeast and salt.) And then the butter with the water.
Step 2: I start to knead for 10 minutes, until I achieve a homogeneous consistency.
3 Step: I proceed to stretch the dough with the help of a rolling pin, until it is 1 cm thick and in a rectangular shape.
Step 4: I add butter to the dough.
Step 5: we make a mixture of 4 tablespoons of sugar and a tablespoon of ground cinnamon, and then add it to the butter.
6 Step: I start to roll and then chop it.
7 Step: I chop it into roles with the help of a serrated knife.
Once the roles are formed, I place them on a tray to later take to the oven, for 15 minutes at 180 °.
And so my roles were ready, rich and simple. Very easy to do at home.
