Question 1:
How do You come about knowing Steemit, and what motivated You to join Steemit, and how do You see YourSelf benefiting from Steemit, plus Your suggestions to improve Steemit.
Answer:
Actually I heard about steemit a little more than 6 months back. An online friend invited me to join but unfortunately I didn’t listen to him. I mean I listened but I did not believe in what he was talking.
Basically I am a person who will require proof first before I finally will give in to the invitation. That time he was investing all his earnings so I never see any proof of income or withdrawals.
Then comes another online friend in the person of 
You want to know what’s the striking line she told me that made me want to join after being skeptical for few months?
Well, she just told me that with #steem #steemit we can be rich! And ultimately that thoughts motivate me. It’s the striking point and the main reason why I would want to be active on #steemit every single day.
As I started to learn about the ins and outs of #steemit I decided to invest my earnings also to Steem Power, I did it for more or less 2 months until I decided to withdraw few weeks back, that was the time wherein the value of SBD soared high.
And yes, all the hard works paid off when I received my very first pay out, the second, then third and then fourth, with intervals of only few days.
As far as I know, providing quality contents will help the #steemit community grow stronger, thereby giving hopes of higher income for the members. But I observed that a lot of quality articles were being neglected and earned only cents while a lot of simply posts like a single photo gets more.
This made me think that #stemmit perhaps should improve their curation process such that each of our contents will be given its due credit.
Question 2:
Do You see SteemitAchievers as helping You, and how this group and YourSelf can help Steemians, and Steemians Philippines to grow higher at Steemit through this group.
Answer:
Of course. I would not be here after 3 months if steemit is not helping me. And that’s the reason also why I wanted to help others too, especially newbies.
With the help of my group mates on #steemitachievers we were able to guide new achievers achieved their dreams initially. In fact, a lot of them are earning 50$ and up already in their single post relating to arts, music, 2k words blog writing, etc.
This pave the way for more Filipinos to join #steemit. Looking at those incomes with proof of earnings made people join in just a simple and quick invitation.
Question 3:
What do You do and don't do to achieve a Reputation (57) and please share tips so Steemians can raise Their Reputation as high as You, and do You see Contests help
Answer:
To make our reputation keep on rising, we just have to be consistent in our daily activities on #steemit. Not only by submitting quality posts but also commenting to trending posts and collaborating with co-steemians.
We must make sure that we don’t plagiarize or copy paste contents so that we will not be flagged which will cause our earnings as well as our reputation to go down.
As to whether or not contests help? well I do, that is why aside from precipitating in few of those challenges especially on photography, I also initiated my own contest few weeks back, the “2k words blog writing contest” which is in its 4th season already.
