Here is the phoenix rising over the forest valley in a small state park near me. I captured this cloud formation in front of the sunset and can't help but see the phoenix spreading its wings across the sky. This was taken with my Nikon D700 camera with the 20-35mm f/2.8 lens at 35mm f/4.0 and 1/1500 sec.
