there is something interesting to review about the city of lhokseumawe or better known as the city of petro dollars which is under the auspices of this north aceh, how this lhokseumawe city was formed in the past.

if nowadays we have experienced transportation that can connect the village of Cunda with the city center, how about the old people who only took a boat to get to the city center. At least there is an idea, isn't it if the city of lhokseumawe is cut off from two directions, namely cunda and blangpanyang.

Was the city of Lhokseumawe formerly a small island that was used as a settlement and gradually turned into the center of the city? if there is no cunda and loskala bridge then we automatically have to cross the river to get to the city center.

I used to ask my grandmother, who lives in Panggoi or in front of the police, but her answer was almost the same as my thought, namely that lhoseumawe is an island where it used to be a stopover for ships in Aceh's trade.
