So we had a few weeks of great summer in the UK. I had just about got all my summer clothes out and went on a shopping spree, as that's what the Sun get us doing...spending!
So, it looks like summer could already be over as the rain has swept across the country.
We managed to reach a sizzling 30C, but we face a bitter change in temperature. And it looks like there are no signs of the weather improving at least for the next couple of weeks, as there's been no more heatwaves predicted.
Apparently we've had a spout of bad summers in the last 5 to 10 years, however I do remember being young and it not being this bad, the summers were long and warm.
Although when its gets too hot, I'm unproductive, and tend to sleep a lot. So I'm glad the temperature has dropped.
So what do we do now? Pack our bags and head abroad for a few weeks, so it got me searching on some of the hot places right now are :
Bulgaria - Black Sea Resorts.
Canary Islands - Tenerife - South.
Greece - Corfu.
Balaeric Islands - Menorca.
Turkey - Turquoise Coast.
Kenya - Safari.
Spain - Costa del Sol.
Italy - Sicily
Any recommendations anyone?
