Hello everyone today my @actifit fitness tracking report and today nothing much to share coz I did not do it well. One of my friend is sick and he is admitted to hospital that's why I just went to see him. And today it was raining that why I did not went for jogging.Today whole day I stayed at hospital and I was talking with my friend and I just spend my whole day at hospital. I just pray that my friend get well soon and recover himself I felt sad for him. Thank you everyone
