Can’t Help Falling In Love.

I want to give a shout out to this wonderful Hive community. On this occasion I want to share with you this cover of the song Can't Help Falling In Love.

This song was inspired by Plaisir d'amour a classic French composition of the romance genre written in 1784 by Jean Paul Égide Martini under the title La Romance du Chevrier. This wonderful song is very special to me, because it was the first song I had the opportunity to sing live in a presentation that took place on February 19 last year through the Arte & Opera Foundation, a foundation dedicated to teaching singing, having as a teacher@danieldedosd2, and where I once also had as a teacher @mariajruizb, may she rest in peace and to whom I am very grateful for her valuable lessons and the dedication she gave to this art.
Singing is something relatively new in my life, and it's something I've given a lot of effort to since I started practicing it at the end of 2019 and I've improved a lot since then. This song helps me see how I've progressed in terms of my vocal technique and today I have the pleasure of sharing it with you.
Thanks for watching and I hope you like it.

Letra/Lyrics
Wise men say
Only fools rush in
But I can't help
Falling in love with you
Shall I stay?
Would it be a sin?
If I can't help
Falling in love with you?
Like a river flows
Surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand
Take my whole life too
For I can't help
Falling in love with you
Like a river flows
Surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand
Take my whole life too
For I can't help
Falling in love with you
For I can't help
Falling in love with you.
