In the UK, you are now guilty until proven innocent.
A new law that went into effect, called Unexplained Wealth Orders, allows the government to seize assets unless one can prove they were obtained legally.
This is the exact opposite of how most people believe a justice system should operate.
Thus far, there were two cases used under this new law.
