Crypto has really taken a nosedive in July!

Don't despair and try not to lose faith in your tokens. If they were great to you once they should still hold the value and what you saw in them when you bought them (unless it was just purely speculation).

With the market cap down almost $20 Billion from its peak theres a lot of room for recovery. Keep your head up and HODL if you've already gone along for the ride. Strong hands make out a lot better than weak ones!

Take a deep breath and have faith that recovery will happen and the feelings you have now will be replaced with brighter and better ones in the near future!
