TANTRUM AND HOW TO CONTROL
Have you ever had some experiencing situations where kid crying and scream, shattering, stuffing, biting people around and others that caused mothers to be confused? What are your actions if children behave like this? Do you escape or participate in 'circus performances'?
'If your child often experiencing tantrum, do not left because it can cause stress among children' - Edward R. Christopherson, PhD, psychologist at Children's Mercy Hospital Kansas City, MO.
If this happens there are some guidelines that need to be learned and practiced. Please take the following steps if your child experiences tantrums:
1- Do not scold / scream / hurt because this will make your child repeat the act again. But if you're silent, it will not change.
2-Sit next to the child, breathe deeply and tell him that the behavior of throwing things or crushing the body is bad and will harm himself and the people around him.
3-speak soft on the child / tolerate and persuade the child as saying that he is a good kid, and you like him play even more if he does not scream or throw things.
4-Hug and kiss your child, take a moment away from the playground or place of your child's tantrum. Turn attention to something else
5-Spend some time in your gold accompanying a kid playing because during play sometimes they like the attention of people close to them. At this point, parents can give a bit of praise to the child. When the child is happy, everything will be easy, is not it?
In fact, when children are tantrum, they actually charge and need attention. Feeling spoiled, focus is focused on him and he feels his presence is appreciated psychologically
healthy children. When they feel like they are invisible, they are definitely trying to get it back, so that's how they pressed their request.
