I just finished watching the new movie that just arrived on Amazon, one that had already been generating buzz for some time since its release in theaters, and it lives up to expectations, but this one is so hilarious and has such an absurd touch that it makes it one of the coolest movies I've seen this year.
Recién acabo de ver la nueva película que acaba de llegar a Amazon, una que ya venía dando que hablar desde hace un tiempo desde su llegada al cine y con lo que uno espera y con lo que ves, pero esta es tan hilarante y con el toque absurdo que maneja que vuelve entretenida una de las películas más chéveres que he visto en este año.
Many of us have seen movies about animals on a mission, and within that world, they can communicate, mostly with each other, and, as in this one, only with their own species. But the best thing about this film is its development; the story was so beautiful and inspiring that it makes sense why the cast was there.
Muchos hemos visto películas de animales que tienen alguna misión y, dentro de ese mundo, se pueden comunicar, en su mayoría entre ellos y, como en esta, solo entre su misma especie. Pero lo mejor de esta es su desarrollo, ya que la historia fue tan bonita e inspiradora que tiene sentido por qué el elenco que tuvo estuviera allí.
This film tells the story of a shepherd who is a fan of crime novels and reads to his sheep every afternoon. Although he doesn't know it, they hear him every day and, even better, they understand him. The film begins by showing the sheep's last interactions with their shepherd, as he explains how important they are to him, and we see the important things in his life that then begin to make sense.
Esta película nos cuenta la historia de un pastor de ovejas que es fanático de las novelas de crimen y que todas las tardes les lee a sus ovejas y, aunque este no lo sabe, estas lo oyen cada día y lo mejor es que lo entienden. Esta al principio muestra las últimas interacciones de las ovejas con su pastor, mientras este explica lo importante que son las ovejas para él y vemos las cosas importantes de su vida que luego empiezan a tener sentido.
The whole drama begins when the shepherd is found dead, leaving many questions unanswered and creating one of the saddest moments in the film. The sheep, understanding what we've been saying, realize that what they were read to daily wasn't fiction and that death does exist, as do bad people. So they use all their cunning to search for clues and finally solve the mystery of his death.
Todo el drama empieza cuando el pastor amanece muerto, dejando muchas dudas y uno de los momentos más tristes en la película. Las ovejas, al entender lo que hablamos, se dan cuenta de que lo que les leían a diario no es ficción y de que la muerte sí existe, y también las personas malas, por lo que ponen lo mejor de sus astucias para buscar pistas y llegar a resolver la muerte con claridad.
One thing that can't be overlooked is the cast. With celebrities like Hugh Jackman as the shepherd and Emma Thompson as his lawyer, it's just a taste of the talent this film boasts. And the voice cast for the sheep deserves special mention; the casting process was excellent, and I assure you, it added a lot of quality to the entire movie.
Algo que no se puede evitar es el elenco aquí presente. Con celebridades como Hugh Jackman como el pastor de ovejas y con Emma Thompson como su abogada, es sólo una probada del talento que trajo esta cinta. Y en particular el elenco que dio voz a las ovejas es digno de mencionar, pues hubo un buen trabajo en buscar el reparto; esto te aseguro que le trajo calidad a toda la película.
This film felt like a love letter to crime and mystery novels. Everything was very clever, with books from this genre becoming crucial to the plot and proving invaluable in solving the mystery. Just like the sheep, the people close to the shepherd had their own memorable moments, showcasing the contributions of each character.
Esta película me pareció una carta de amor para los libros de crimen y misterio. Todo fue muy ingenioso y con libros de este género que se volvieron partes cruciales para la trama y fueron una buena herramienta al momento de resolver este misterio. Al igual que las ovejas, las personas cercanas al pastor de ovejas tuvieron sus buenos momentos destacados, en donde se notó el aporte de cada uno de los personajes.
This wonderful movie has just arrived on Amazon and deserves to be seen by everyone. It's definitely worth watching, with comedic and dramatic moments and the mystery of a crime—everything you need for entertainment. I must admit, it felt like one of those fun Sunday afternoon movies, perfect for a family outing. So, I invite you to head over to Prime Video and enjoy this new film.
Esta maravillosa película acaba de llegar a Amazon y merece ser vista por todos y ver que sí vale la pena, con momentos cómicos, dramáticos y el misterio de un crimen, todo lo que se necesita para entretenerse.
