We can see ''work-done "and ''work- accomplished "in everywhere. Though they do their work, they do not have the same goal. The '' work- accomplished "person do their work based on skills and knowledge. Thus, they see the world more than the average persons. The ''work-done "persons do their works based on their opportunity. Thus, they can't see the reality of the world. The environment can discriminate such two kinds. In other words, the end results show whether they are work done or work accomplished.
Some are talented, but do not pass exams.Some pass exams, but know nothing. Here ''work-accomplished "means both ''being clever "and ''pass-ing exams ".The work-accomplished persons do their work with expectation on extensive knowledge. The workdone persons are standing at a point with static knowledge.
