Spineback Turtles live around the edges of the Dark Water, in the inner seas of ΛZMΛRÉ. They can breathe air, but the incredibly harsh climate of the Water Splinter makes the recesses of the deep more comfortable. They are generally gentle creatures, but when roused to battle, they are shockingly difficult to destroy.
Reason for Picking:
A very good summoner for the water element team that provides two exceptional abilities of plus one armor and plus one speed.
Reason for Picking:
A very effective low mana cost tank that provides two armor, six health, and one melee damage.
Reason for Picking:
A one mana cost monster that provides a shield/decoy to the other monster.
Reason for Picking:
A great choice for the third position to buy some time before finally hitting the next target on the team.
Reason for Picking:
A perfect fit to complete the team of 19 mana cost battle. Another monster that provides decoy to the opponent that can absorb damage first before the other monster plus it's a zero mana cost one.
Reason for Picking:
An underrated and so powerful legendary water element monster that will perfectly fit with a group of low mana cost monsters that will take time to do the damage before getting into this monster. Also, with the help of the summoner's additional abilities, this one is very hard to stop at six-speed.
Reason for Picking:
Creeping indeed as this monster will slow down all the opponent monsters and will be a headache if the enemy will not able to kill it at the early stage.
Target Practice
All Ranged and Magic attack Monsters have the Snipe ability.
Heavy Hitters
All Monsters have the Knock Out ability.

Reaction: This is a battle of the same summoner and same element team. We were sizing each other in the first round and gauging with my opponent's team it seems that he got the damage advantage.
Reaction: At the start of round 2, seems I'm lacking with some damage, I still believe that having a lot of monsters before taking on Djinn Oshannus will lead me to victory.
Reaction: I still have 5 monsters left against 2 from my opponent. However, I'm still not that confident in having any advantage at the moment.
Reaction: At this round, I got really nervous as he might get lucky with some miss attacks from me and be able to hit my Ace Oshannus after.
Reaction: At this very moment, I'm really not that confident yet of my momentum as really the speed and damage of both teams matters. This will determine the winner of the game later.
Reaction: At the start of round 6, 2 against 1 is the match up now but it seems like a one on one battle with the additional ability which is slow on my side.
Reaction: The slow ability really takes advantage of my team causes my opponent to get his summoner speed ability useless and gives me priority to take the first hit always in the opening rounds.
Reaction: At the last round, having a magic damage monster neglect the armor shield and gives me a big advantage at the end to finish the game. It's really a perfect fit at the end as both of my opponent's summoner abilities were useless battling my 2 monsters left.
It was a great battle to watch with a total of 8 rounds from the same element team and summoner. It's really a battle of skill from the monster and how they will cross each other's abilities at the end of each round.
My lineup is consists of 2 melee monsters, 3 decoy monsters (no damage but provides health and some ability), and 1 legendary magic monster.
Yes, as I really planned to build a team with Djinn Oshannus from a durable low mana cost tank which is Spineback Turtle plus all the available cheap mana cost monsters to provide some decoy or health before taking the legendary monster.
I will definitely change the lineup as long as the mana cost rules changes however I will still go for the same summoner and the legendary Oshannus plus any low mana cost tank which I preferred is the SPINEBACK TURTLE plus great support monsters.
I always love using SPINEBACK TURTLE when I started playing SPLINTERLANDS. Alric and this monster is my favorite tandem to use in any low-cost mana battle as it's really helpful to put in any monster to fit with them.
