Real Estate, stock exchange of Crypto investment which one is better
There are couple of ways of investing money. It varies from person to person choice. Some love to invest in real estate or e-comerece other love to invest in stock exchange or even in crypto market. Now, the question arise in our mind which is the best source of investment. Either in real estate, stock exchange and Crypto world. All investment have their own pros and cons.
Investment on real estate is one of the most trusted investment. Normally property worth appreciate with the passage of time so that's why people love to invest in real estate. Another advantage of real state investment is that it give you option to earn rent on weekly or monthly basis. Last and not least you will receive some physical asset on investing in real estate.
Now come to the demerit of real estate investment. You need to have huge investment in order to buy property and majority of people don't afford to invest in real estate due to its high worth. Another disadvantage of real estate is that it selling may take a lot of time and even you can suffer huge loss if you want to purchase it as early as possible.
Now come to the stock exchange. Stock exchange give you liberty to invest from little amount. It is backed by government and financial institute which make it a more stable option. It has better regulatory. A large liquidity is available in stock market due to massive participants. Even you can do leverage trading on stock exchange.
One of the big cons of stock exchange is high risk due to market volatility. One bad news may depriate your account worth. Stock market is a good option at the cost of huge risk.
Now, let's discuss about crypto investment. Crypto market is one of the most volatile market where pump and dump is part and parcel of the market. It may make or break you any time. One of the huge advantage of crypto is high rate of return from real estate and stockecxchange. Another good thing about Crypto market is that you don't need huge investment. You can start from the small investment. Same way you can do leverage trading on crypto market. Unlike stock exchange you have little liquidity available which may creates problem during buying and sell.
