So we're trying to cut that and allow everybody to meet the GDPR compliance with opt-in and creating a fruitful marketplace for everyone to connect. And we're playing that matchmaker role, as I said, and this way it becomes a clear and concise way to connect with people. And you know, one of the things, Katie, I love about what we've built is that I remember being in real estate and looking for clients, and I would spend so much time, I would buy into a customer relationship management portal.
And what happens is when leads come in and they generate, I have about two to five minutes top to capture that lead, grab that lead, and then I'm able to move forward as a real estate agent with that person. So I have, that's my window of making a contact. So I grab the lead, say yes, I respond.
But in addition to, I'm now making contact with that lead. Unbeknownst to me, I thought it was just, okay, I was unique, and I was the only person receiving that lead. Wrong.
And so when I, by the time I get to them, which is in that two to five-minute window, I found that there were several agents that had already sent a text message, an email, and a phone call. And when I get to them, they're like, what is happening here? You're the sixth real estate agent that I've spoken to in the last hour. So what's happening here? I'm not interested.
Or I find myself just, the phone would ring, or the messages, you're blocked at this point, whatever the case may be. So it was, I'm competing for customers in this large pool, and then you have to go through the whole touch points as well. So there's how many touches to actually convert somebody over from, depending upon where they are in the pipeline and depending upon the product, which is real estate.
