In college, a teacher told me the best advice about writing a book : a writer is someone that is patient and that has discipline. You only need to write one page a day and you got a book after a year. But you need to do it everyday.
I would never judge someone with a consommation problem, I was there and we are always kind of there. Thanks for sharing. What strikes me is that it seems to have started like some kind of self-medication. At least, that's what it was for me. Everytime I think about it, I only hope that if my kids have the same problem, I'll be able to guide them.
