Hello everyone, how are you all doing today? I hope you are good and having a very nice day? Well, I'm tired, you don't want to know the way I am looking like right now. Lol...
I know I am always lazy to write, but when I saw what was to be written about, my mindset changed immediately, even tho nothing was still in my head, I just felt like I had a lot to drop, but then at the same time, it felt like I I still had nothing to offer, it seemed like there was a lot to come out, and as a result of that, the path where all my ideas were supposed to come out from is so narrow, and so all my ideas are now stuck because they were trying to rush out all at once, and now, I have to start filtering and arranging them one after the order...
So now, I do not know where to start from, anyways let me begin from somewhere sha... I hope you all do enjoy yourself...
We are all humans, we one-way or the other entered this world by the combination and contribution of 2 different people, 2 different genders. Note what was stated above, DIFFERENT!
What does it mean for someone or something to be different from another person or another thing? What does inequality means?
When the word differences is stated, it means there is a comparison between 2 or more things, and so one must be bigger than the other, that is how we know the difference, there is a substraction of the smaller to the bigger, and that is how life is.
First of all, we were all given birth on different dates, while some are the same, but then, even those who falls on the same day, including twins or triplets, they won't have the same A,B,C, (attitude, behaviour and character) even tho they have do have the same face.
In this life, every one was wonderfully and fearfully made, and at the same time, there are some people that are finer than some others, and so they say this life is not Ballanced.
We even see that in this life, for there to be some orderliness in some certain or official gathering, there are some people that will be put in charge of others, because there are chances of misbehaving, so then rules are set so we can follow, because where there is no rule, regulations or law, there is no sin, we do whatever we do without caring if there Is a repercussion or disadvantage to Anyone other than us...
I believe that as our faces are different, so are we humans, as our fingers are different in sizes, so are we. Some people are just meant to be at the top, and some others are not.
There are people that has that leadership skills, and when they utilize it for the public, it will be beneficial to everyone under the supervision of the chosen leader, but if a leadership position is given to someone who can't control power, instead power controls the person without his consciousness, everyone under the supervision of the controlled leader will suffer for it...
Some people are meant to serve others, okay, let me put it this way, there are some of us that will explore better and grow even in wealth just because we render services...
My elder brother doesn't like being controlled, he likes to be the boss, but that's not the problem, th problem is can he manage it? And yeah, to an extent he can.
But as for me, I derive joy in rendering services to people, to clients, I love seeing people smile because I just rendered a service to their own liking...
Even the Bible said "a man's gift will make way for him"
But if you are supposed to be rendering services and you are not, you are the one leading, there'd be a day that your leadership will crash...
Another reason why I said we are different is that we can't all be doing the same thing at the same time, and so that is why there used to be division of labor, what do I mean?
Let's take the body for an instance, as small as a tooth is, without it, we can't chew, as small as the tongue is, we can't talk, without the eyes, we can't see, and without the brains, we will be useless, so we are, we all can't be the head and no one is the eyes, we will fall in the ditch, in fact, we won't even be able to walk, cause everyone wants to be head...
If we look at the media team for example, there are always people behind the scenes, they are not seen, but without them, the person that is Infront of the screen won't be seen.
As our fingers are different in sizes, they help themselves get whatever they want, imagine they were the same sizes, how will you hold your pen? How will you hold your spoon?
So anyone that says because he wants to be more important or recognized than the others, forgetting what or how he can be of help in other sections other than being the head, it doesn't work that way....
Being behind the scenes makes you as important as the person in front of the screen, but you might not be recognized by everyone, and if that enters your mind, and you decide to do otherwise, it will not just bring you down, but everyone around you down, and that is life...
In conclusion, men and women are not equal, it's not an argument, biblically a man's to be the head, while a woman is supposed to be a helping hand, but I will say that no one is better than the other, just look for the one that best fit any right position for them that will take you and your team to the next level.
Unity plus consistency will make and take you firm, fast and far.
Someone said if you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to far, go with a team.
