I feel like Steem is going backward with this worker proposal. The fact it's going coming out of the reward pool will less incentivize content creators to produce content as more and more funds will be allocated to worker proposals, bid-bots, and development related content/projects. The rest of the userbase will basically be SOL(shit out of luck)
