Are you perhaps in need of simple paper decoration for your kiddie's room or whatsoever?
How about a star? Have you thought of using a star?
Children are always obsessed with stars especially doing Christmas or any kind of celebration.
You often hear them talk so much about Christmas trees and stars.
Today I will show you an easy way out to make your own stars using papers. It's very simple, easy and reliable.
Trust me, you would love to try this.
The processes will come with images and photos to accompany the explanations.
Check out the process below. I made this a while ago and I decided to share it with you guys.
Materials
- A4 paper
- Top gum
- Scissor
Processes
Step 1
- First you cut out the A4 paper into a square shape with equal sides.
Step 2
- Fold one part(the upper part) of the four sides
Step 3
- Then you fold the lower part, both sides as seen in the photo
Step 4
- Fold the paper into two from the middle, such that the two pointed ends would touch or meet each other.
Step 5
- Now the paper is triangular as seen in the fourth step. Pick the lower left side of the triangle and let the endpoint meet at the center while folding it.
Step 6
- Where the pointed end of the triangular met in the middle, pick it from there and then bend it to meet with the other end to give you a V-shape just as in the photo
Step 7
- When you get the V-shape, you open the middle of the folded V-shape paper, unfolded, and take both sides from the middle.
Step 8
- Then you start applying the gum to each side to stick it together.
Open one side, apply the gum and then fix it and hold it together to dry out.
Step 9
- Continue this for the second leg of the star
Step 10
- Do the same thing for the third leg of the star
Step 11
- And then the fourth until you get to the fifth leg.
Step 12
And finally after gumming everything together, you will get your five legs of a star.
This will be your final result.
I am sure this wasn't very difficult at all
You can sprinkle some sparkles on it or even paint it to look colorful and with this, you can give your kiddie's room a nice and lovely touch.
