Adding this unit to the Grand Imperial army... this one has special significance. This model was painted to a high standard by my sick friend.
I wanted one model of his, from his own hands to become part of my army and stay as it is forever. I thought I might add a little wash here or there and I may need to do maintenance on this model once in a while. Miniatures are like that.
But should he not survive, I want this model to remain in my army, unchanged. A represantative of him in the army. Additionally I am adding this guy to the Ultramarines army.

Well, I am an IMPERIAL player. I play ALL Imperial forces... plus Votann... who are humans. So I play ALL Humans! My respect for the Ultramarines has been going up greatly, especially when reading about Roboute Guilliman and his attitude towards the Space Wolves. This has done a lot for what I feel about Ultramarines.
Having a look at this unit's 10th Edition Rules also makes me certain that this Chaplain should stay where he is. He used to be a great unit to join a Space Wolves army with specific Warlord Traits and Relics. All of that is past now and all you can get are Enhancements.
I would rather have him leading a large unit of Bikes/Outriders granting them +1 to wound rolls in melee and Devastating Wounds to shooting attacks as long as they target an enemy within 12" and in sight of the Chaplain.
This seems like a great pick for a storm of bolter shots coming from a unit of bikers!
