I used to use WhatsApp Meta to dictate... then that function disappeared... but now it came back again. So let's see how I did. Here is an unedited version I dictated:

I'm going to give WhatsApp Meta AI dictation skills a little bit of a test again. I know that I can't really dictate very long audio into WhatsApp but I've done it before and it's been quite successful when it comes to writing some of my thoughts down into a text.

This is especially useful when I am busy driving or I just want to note down something very quickly. Uh it's very good for when I need to do an ad blog post or something of the sort. So let's give it a try and see what my results are.

Alright I've given it a shot and it seems to be working quite well. Something else that is a very good feature is is that meta AI is able to respond to basic commands when it comes to formatting.

For instance I have asked it to break down all of my talking into different paragraphs based on a uh two to three to four well three to four uh sentence paragraph and uh it works quite well. The only thing that won't work too well is if you're not very clear as to where your sentences end in which case it might seem to matter that you're speaking very long sentences and when you type it is usually a good writer's prerogative to split those sentences up into smaller sentences so that they don't seem to unwildly.

It looks like you might be making a point about the usefulness of Meta AI's formatting features. Want to wrap up your thoughts or explore something else?
As usual, most AI tools seem to be only as good as the imagination of the user. Often we have very good tools but if you use them incorrectly they often can fail you.

Altogether I'm very happy with the way that AI meta AI does the dictation. I do seem to have a few pauses but I do recall being able to instruct it to take those out of my formatting but we'll give it a shot.

It is not perfect. I can see a few words that are not the words that I used, also, it wrote out every pause and "uh". Usually I can make the AI fix that by telling it to re-write the section without that and fix grammatical errors.

The reason I am posting this painful first run is because I want to show that even with dictation, you will end up re-writing sections of the text. In the end of the day, practice and patience will turn this tool into something worthwhile!

Also, this content is not AI generated. I am using AI as a PA, otherwise all of the content comes from MY brain!
