I was 120kgs when I started this project. 5 weeks later and I am 5kgs lighter.
How did I do it?
No time to train.
No fancy diet.
No pills.
Just pure willpower and thermodynamics!
I am just doing intermittent fasting from Monday to Friday, eating only supper. On weekends I do what I like, though I stay away from sweet stuff as much as I can.
I also drink a lot of water.
Who knew that the secret to weight loss was so simple.
No strange regimens. No special diet. Eat what I would normally, but count the calories, put myself in a deficit and in ketosis daily and it just comes off!
