Hello foodies. Tonight I would like to present one of the local dishes that come from the Aceh Besar region, Aceh Province in Indonesia.
The name of the dish is 'ayam tangkap'. If you see from the name it will certainly make you curious. But this is different when we are faced with cooking.
Ayam tangkap is fried chicken with raw material from native chicken, not boiler chicken. Fried chicken is mixed with pandan leaves and curry leaves are fried together with chicken.
