Do you know how frustrating it is?

This occurs about 90% of the time, but whenever I am waiting for a bus, a bus always goes in the opposite direction before mine comes. It doesn't matter where I'm boarding from or where I'm going, but a good indicator that your bus is coming is first seeing one going the other way.

It's extremely frustrating and I take notice when this phenomenon doesn't happen. For the last decade, no matter which way I was going (during peak hour or not), I uncannily attract the opposing luck before I get what I want.

I was thinking that this applied to other areas of life too, especially in crypto. You ever get that feeling that the market is going to swing the other way before it swings yours? Me too. I can't remember the last time I opened a position and it went my way before going against me, but I'll make a full post about that another time.

It's important to be patient

I cannot stress this enough. Always remember that good things take time and bad things will usually happen first. If you're buying Bitcoin, be prepared to hold it through dips and don't sell early. Weak hands make weak money. That's something I've learned. Of course, you need to have a degree of knowledge so that you know when to actually sell when a reversal or a bear market is coming up.

Learning the virtue of patience will steel your resolve and harden your nerves. When you think something will happen with the price, wait and see what happens, or if you must change your position, do so in parts so that you can quickly change tact as the situation changes. You may not get out 100% unscathed but at least you were prepared and doing the right thing.

Never sell out too early or you will miss the real opportunities! This applies not just to crypto but to many areas of life!
