It is another year of celebration for the steemit community as Steem clocked 3 years today, Steem as a coin and Steemit as the first decentralized platform started as an idea and was brought to reality by @Ned and @Dan in 2016. The atmosphere on the blockchain has been reshaped by the steem because it gaves options and chose the one that suits you. You can invest your time or invest your money and you can do both which I have seen a lot of people doing. The steem platform has been running for this long because it has genuine users and investors who have great plans for the coin and the platform. I saw a tweet of 
These are people who believes on the vision of steem and for one reason or the others, they have been really supportive, despite the bear market, they are still able to build something and most times resulting to them using their own finance.
As Steem grows older, the past few months has seen the creation of steem-engine and others who have created their token ahead and waiting for the launch of SMT. There has been ups and down on steem for the past three years but all these challenges are steps to breakthrough and we continue to grow stronger. Together we will make Steem go higher.
