Hello again all you lovely blockchain people! As seems to be my pattern, I lost the urge to take pictures for a while, and as a result wasn't posting here. Trying to get back into some good habits and this is good motivation to get back to some photography! Also, I have knee surgery scheduled for next week, so I'll be pretty immobile for a while and will need something to do :)
I recently moved to a new apartment, and one of the best parts of living here has been that there is a small patio where I can put bird feeders. My favorite birds to watch have been hummingbirds, they're so fun to watch zip around. It's unbelievable how quickly they move! I managed to get this shot of one of the visitors by using a camera on a tripod with the lens poking through the blinds of our dining room.
