Genesis 11:4 - And they said, Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower whose top is in the heavens; and let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered over the surface of the whole earth.
With the hustle and bustle of the world today, people strive to become greater, richer & wiser. People wants to make a name for themselves, they want to be credited for the things they have done, and just fully trusting on their own strengths and capabilities. Even if we are doing it for the good of the people, the self is magnified, the self is acknowledged. Oh brothers and sisters, let Christ be magnified in our lives. Allow the Lord to move in us and let us recognize that all of this are His own ways and means. Live out Christ, "Not i but Christ"!
