Happy Tuesday to all my hivers creative friends! I hope your day has been wonderful, today I am once again in this beautiful community @diyhub to share with you a nice craft which I made to make a gift to a friend who had a birthday.

And to go out of the ordinary and surprise the birthday boy and to give him his present I made this beautiful wreath with corrugated cardboard which I decorated with Chinese paper flowers.
It is a craft with multiple purposes because after you take out the gift you can use it to keep the things you prefer.

Y para salir de lo común y sorprender al cumpleañero y para darle su presente realice está Hermosa Corona con cartulina corrugada la cual decore con flores de papel china.

Es una manualidad con múltiples propósitos ya que luego que saques el regalo la puedes utilizar para guardar las cosas que prefieras.

Así que si lo tuyo es el arte de crear te invito a que me acompañes para que veas cómo de la forma más rápida y con tan pocos materiales podemos realizar un hermoso detalle para un ser querido.

Inside of the box.

• The first thing I do is to take the mold of the circle, it measures 17 centimeters in diameter.
• I mark it twice on the cardboard.
• Then I cut it out along the edge with the scissors.

Parte de adentro de la caja.

• Lo primero que hago es tomar el molde del círculo, este mide 17 centímetros de diámetro.
• Lo marco dos veces en el cartón.
• Luego lo recortó por el borde con la tijera.

• I put the glue stick and glue them to the black cardboard.
• Then cut out the circles with the scissors.

• Le coloco la pega en barra y los pego a la cartulina negra.
• Luego recortó los círculo con la tijera.

• Cut a strip 56.5 cm long and 6 cm wide.
• I put silicone and glue all around the edge of the circle.
• Then to close I glue the edges.

• Recortó una tira de 56.5 cm de largo por 6 cm de ancho.
• Le coloco silicón y pego por todo el borde del círculo.
• Luego para cerrar pego los orillas.

• I take the second circle and mark it in half.
• Then cut it out.

• Tomo el segundo círculo y lo marca por la mitad.
• Luego lo recortó.

• To make the sides, cut a strip 46.5 cm long by 5 cm wide and glue all around the edge, only on half of the circle.
  We reserve the other half of the circle.

• Para hacer los laterales recortó una tira de 46.5 cm de largo por 5 de ancho y pegamos por todo el borde, solo en la mitad del circulo.
• Reservamos la otra mitad del círculo.

We move on to the outside of the box.

Pasamos a realizar la parte de afuera de la caja.

• Measurements for corrugated cardboard
  14.5 cm wide by 57 cm long.
• Fold in half to mark the center.

• Medidas para la cartulina corrugada
  14.5 cm de ancho por 57 cm de largo.
• Doblamos a la mitad para marcar el centro.

• We place the wreath template on the back and mark.
• Then we cut it out.

• Colocamos la plantilla de la corona en la parte de atrás y marcamos.
• Luego recortamos.

• Now place the ribbon in the middle of the box, mark 3 centimeters from the edge to the center of each side.
• Cut the ribbon in half and burn the ends of the ribbon.

• Ahora ubicamos la cinta a la mitad de la caja, marcamos 3 centímetros de la orilla hacia el centro de cada lado.
• Recortamos la cinta por la mitad le quemamos las puntas a la cinta.

• We make an opening where we had marked the 3 cm.
• We introduce a centimeter of the ribbon.
• We put silicone and glue on both ends.

• Realizamos una abertura en dónde habíamos marcado los 3 cm.
• Introducimos un centímetro de la cinta.
• Le colocamos silicón y pegamos en ambos extremos.

• Now we take the round shape of the box and put silicone only up to the middle and glue it to the cardboard where we cut out the crown.
• The other half of the cardboard should be left free without gluing it.

• ahora tomamos la forma redonda de la caja y le colocamos silicón solo hasta la mitad y la pegamos a la cartulina dónde recortamos la corona.
• Nos debe quedar libre sin pegar la otra mitad de la cartulina.

• We mark where we are going to place the top of the box.
• We put silicone on the half circle, on the round part and glue it.

• Marcamos dónde vamos a colocar la parte de arriba de la caja.
• Le colocamos silicón a el medio circulo, por la parte redonda y pegamos.

• We cut a thin strip of corrugated cardboard then cut it in three and glue it to the inside of the box, this will serve as a support when we put the lid on the box.

• Recortamos una tira delgada de la cartulina corrugada luego la recortamos en tres y la pegamos a la parte de adentro de la caja, esta nos servirán de soporte cuando le pongamos la tapa a la caja.

• We place the other half of the cardboard that we had cut out and in this way we give it height, to place the decoration.

• Le colocamos la otra mitad de la cartulina que habíamos recortado y de esta forma le damos altura, para colocar la decoración.

• We take the dark blue chinese paper and the metallic paper and cut strips to decorate.

• Tomamos el papel china azul oscuro y el papel metalizado y cortamos tiras para decorar.

• You make flowers with Chinese paper by cutting strips of 5 cm wide along the entire length of the paper.
• Fold it several times and then cut it into the shape of petals.

• Realizas unas flores con papel china recortando unas tiras de 5 cm de ancho por todo el largo del papel.
• Lo doblamos varias veces luego recortamos dándole la forma de pétalos.

• To make the flower we wrap and make small folds at the bottom until the whole strip of paper is finished, then we staple at the bottom.

• Para hacer la flor vamos envolviendo y haciendo pequeños dobleces en la parte de abajo hasta terminar toda la tira del papel, luego grapamos en la parte de abajo.

• To decorate our beautiful Wreath Box, we first place the strips of Chinese paper we had cut out and then the flowers, giving it a chic and elegant touch.

• Para decorar colocamos en nuestra hermosa Caja Corona primero las tiras de papel china que habíamos recortado y luego las flores dándole este un toque chic y elegante.

• Then I introduced the gift, closed the box and made a bow with the ribbon, and it was ready to surprise my dear friend.

• Luego introduje el obsequio,cerré la caja le hice un moño con la cinta, y quedó lista para sorprender a mi querido amigo.
