khata halwa is very famous in my area. Hanif hotel is very famous for this food.people from all area come to eat this halwa.today i enjoyed this halwa very much.it is small cart shop situated on road in muhammad yar local area.
Hanif also is good cook.when i asked to him that how do you cook it abd how many ingreduent you use at the time of cook. he told that he used Dasi Ghee in this food.
i know very well Dasi ghee is very tasty and unique oil in my atea.and good for heakth.no fat.mean free fat oil.
i liked this street halwa very much. taste was amazing and price was also readonable.
again i have hope to visit this shop to eat halwa.
