We're still in minor wave 3 where we seem to be building subminuette wave iv with, obviously, wave v to follow. All according to plan. Nothing to get excited about with the possible exception of minor wave 3 ending at 161.8% of minor wave 1. Which would be a perfect Fibonacci extension level. That is if you take Fibonacci channels serious. We're already way past the regular 1.618 extension level. Nonetheless, kind of cute, but no more than that.
Looking ahead, I would say the dreariness might very well continue for a year or so. And that's good news. It reminds me very much of 2015 when prices stayed between $200 and $300 for many months, if only we had bought more back then. Now it's the same. When prices start rising, they will never return to these levels.
