Hello DIY lovers
I've been meaning to change my keychain for as long as I can remember but then I keep forgetting. So I came across something and that is crocheting alphabets. I decided to make the one that resonated with my name, and that is the first alphabet of my name.
Materials used
Yarns
Crochet needle
I started by making a slip knot and a chain of sixteen then I skipped the first chain and inserted my hook into the second and made a single crochet in each of the stitches.
Then I chained one, turned my project to the other side,, and continued by making a single crochet inside each stitch.
After making four rows and cutting out my yarn. Then I counted five from both edges and inside the middle five, I made a single crochet-in stitch. I made a total of eight rows, then I changed my project and cut out my yarn.
I made two and it was time to join the two together. I joined the edges by making a single crochet, and I left a little opening at the bottom to enable me insert some leftover yarns I was having to make my keychain look puffy.
After the insertion, I closed the opening with my single crochet and there It was looking all ready.
Then I closed the little opening and my keychain was ready.
