I’ve always been a very vocal person. I’ve always been and I’ll always be the person who’s not ashamed of what they stand for, can openly say it to the world and have no mind for what the world might think about me. It’s my favourite and least favourite thing about me.

I recently came across a video from last year where I openly shared a view about a highly controversial topic without fear of being reprimanded or lynched by the social media mob. I simply said what I said and moved on.
That being said, I know I generally have a lot of controversial opinions that a vast majority of the people around me won’t necessarily accept. I’m a lot more open and unconcerned about certain sad occurrences surrounding life and death.
Something happened recently in my country where a not-so-popular celebrity was supposedly murdered and the police knew about the threats on his life and all that. I guess due to the fanciness of the story and the fact that it revolves around celebrities, a lot of people took to the streets demanding “justice”.
I shared a highly controversial opinion about how I really don’t care about all a lot of people didn’t take it lightly with me. According to them, I “don’t care about human life” but really, I just don’t give a damn about all that’s going on and I think it’s just noise.
I know there’s an agenda behind this entire facade and like all similar situations, there are a group of people controlling the masses with fake emotions while they earn money from their ignorance.
I learned a while ago that where hundreds of people are gathered, there’s always money being moved from one hand to another. I’ve still not seen a situation where I’ve been wrong so why should I suddenly feel sad because there was a dead human being involved?
I’m a highly opinionated person and while a lot of my views are controversial and somewhat unkind, they’re put together in my head after a series of questions and research. I don’t choose to be indifferent out of nihilism.
There have been causes I’ve promoted and fought for. Causes I’ve stepped out of my home for and generally stressed over. However, when I see one that doesn’t just seem like a proper cause to worry my head over, I outrightly say how I feel about it and let the world think of me as they please.
I truly hope we find something worth fighting for soon enough though, and when we do I’ll be fully ready to scream out my support at the top of my lungs.
