Lyf, the app of Hope
Not so long ago, I was recommended an app which I though was just a simple platform. After giving it a go, I fell in love with it.
The this 'Lyf - Your journey starts here' app by Lyf App Pty Ltd, you post up your goals, you hopes and dreams. Many have poured out their hearts, crying for help with their battle with diseases and joy with births of babies.
It is where you can go to get support and ask for advice from a caring community.
When I first began on it, I believe there was around 3,000 'journeys' now there are over 5,000.
You get no rewards so to say but getting to read real stories of those in need and plenty of happy ones is quite fulfilling.
The app works great, no complaints. Give it a go as there are journeys of people with good advice, health and weightloss challenges, some with addictions and depression all waiting for you. Join a really supportive bunch of people and get to learn more about our world and how closely connected we all really are. ❤️
