Celebrating one year battling on Splinterlands

Hello everyone, friends, gamers,@splinterlands crazy lovers. Finally, I reached one year battling this awesome card game and I want to share my adventure playing, creating content and music for this incredible game.

First time I knew about @splinterlands was in 2018 when used to be steemmonsters but I literally don't understood how it works or the card set but I remember that I bought a beta pack instead a starter pack, so I could not play the game that year.

This is my profile that proofs I create my account in 2018 but I just played like 2 battles in the practice rank mode and I did not know what I was thinking so in terms of blockchain logs is 2 years.

I lost a year, sorry guys but the game was hard for me at that time, right now is super easy but for new players is a little difficult.

2019 I was working as a community manager, but I was always in touch with blockchain news and crypto related content, so I use my steem account a lot for create content or share some music.
I remember the 1.000.000$ @splinterlands marketcap post and then I decide to start playing but with some help because I just remember that I played once, so I did know what was DEC, a rare card, the difference between neutral or fire card even alpha or beta (for me was the same card).

One on my close digital friends, @gatolector, an incredible art creator encouraged me to start playing and also explains me about the game, abilities, elements, the rarities, why lord A is so awesome.

Thanks to him a lot for be my friend even when I do not meet him in person.

This is my first post created by me writing about the game for the first time.

My First Splinterlands Post

One of the greatest things about Splinterlands is not just game, also is a hive community that have supported their users, each week new challenges came around like weekly challenge, share your battles contest, art contest and also used to be a story and music challenge. That last one was the begging of my journey.

I am a musician so when I read about music contest my sheets were ready to write note on it and my fingers ready to play my keyboard, so I just pick a card and I create a song, the first one was about Jarlax the undead (I am a death monsters lover).

There are some song related to the game, an inspiration of a card or the skills of a monster, even the continuation of the fantasy of Splinterlands.

I won several contest on that time even some of my beta cards are from contests that I won.

But I needed more, I wanted to be in Champions League quickly but the game is difficult for newbies them I meet the Spanish Splinterlands team, you know same language same sharing also I meet more digital friends like @cieliss, @sashas,@lordwinty @untalpeque, @gatolector and many others that I do not remember their names(lol).

That was my first time when I meet the Spanish Discord group of the game and @steamdan and @the01crow that in some way taught me about the game (rental, selling and contest.) many things that I did not understand even now they are like a typing splinterlands Spanish guide for anyone.

I am glad to be part of this crazy hive, Splinterlands community, thanks a lot to @steemgoat for be part of his guild also to those that in some ways are teaching me to understand English, you must know that this is my only way right now because I have to stay at home so the only way to read and listen English is thought Discord, Hive or telegram.

One of the greatest persons for me and a Splinter-teacher is @clove71, her passion for the game is one of the reasons that I love create content for Splinterlands, I like a lot when she creates videos and says "Hello everyone I´m Chris love" she is so funny and also is right there to help anyone even while we have different languages.

With the arrived of the new @splinterlands untamed era many cards arrived and new ways to play come around, everything was like a new splinterlands begginig, so I decided to create several content related to the game.

There more but these are some of them, the mostly that I love, for me this community is like a family on the network, is very cool talk to people and participate in the growth of this game.

One of my biggest contribution is the untamed stickers set and Splinterlands stickers rules set for the telegram group of the game, also to the Russian community @splinterlands-ru.

At that tom there were just the English telegram group so @clove71 with the help of @steamdan decide to create the Spanish telegram group and put me as administrator of that group, that was so cool, many new Spanish players and also older players that I do not even meet before.

Few weeks ago a proposal made by @carrieallen one of the great splinterlands curation team ask me to be part of that group, thanks a lot to her and @chrisroberts for create the amazing world of fantasy that Splinterlands is, I love read the interesting stories about Mortis, the big power Mighty Dricken and many interesting profiles about many card on @splinterlore.
I am still new about curation process but thanks a lot to @carrieallen with the help in the process.

I am part of the post-beta generation of the game, I have a never opened any alpha pack(I feel like a newbie), until now I am more focusing ion the game because you know why(pandemic), also I am creating music even there is not a music contest right now but I think soon will be.

I'M SO HAPPY TO BE PART OF THIS COMMUNITY, LET’S KEEP PLAYING AND SHARE OUR GAME EXPERIENCES.
