I have a boyfriend, a cute and innocent boyfriend. Someone a girl will appreciate, a boy from many girl’s daydream. But he was mine, entirely mine. And I was an honored girlfriend for that matter.

It was good when it all started, his desperation for me, the way he used to call, the way he used to drive miles just to see me, his desire for me; it all made me fall for him. I clearly recall, it started with healthy flirting at coffee break, followed by few more coffee breaks and then long chit chat session. This was our first step towards our relationship.

I still don’t recall how I got into him, we went with the flow and landed into each other. At first, it was a fairy-tale story, it always looks like during initial phase. I had few bad experiences in past and I was so isolated for so long, it was like good days after so many bad days. I was so vision-less during our early days that I overlooked all the bad signs I was getting until I understood that I landed into a bad relation. He was never a caring guy. He was so ignorant that I never was in his priority list.

It all reduced from 3 hours call to no phone calls at all, from many dates to no meetings, from unlimited messages to hardly any message. I showered limitless love to him and all I received in return was tears. I literally pleaded for time, I exactly cried to see him, I literally asked to be in touch. I have no idea why I was the one who was asking for love, he never cared about it. He never really cared about anything. ☹

It is right that you can not force anyone to love you.

My life was trapped, I was in depression. I asked him to either leave me or just be with me properly like the way happy couples live. He didn’t do anything. Neither he left me nor he improved. It was all about daily fights, daily breakups, tears, arguments and it lasted forever. Nothing changed, it was never meant to. There was no life left for me, I was so stupid. Fortunately, I got few happy hours with him, with my efforts and more efforts from his side. Few happy hours were like I lived my life because this was the only option I had so I lived it with my full heart.

This all continued till eternity, there was no hopes, no ending, no breakups just the frustrated me.
