As expected, in this chapter we headed to the Festa Zone. We started by going to the ferry, where we realized there were several paths we could take, but we already had a clear objective in mind, so that’s where we went.
Upon arrival, we received a call hinting at our next move. We then reached the site itself, where tents greeted us at the entrance. Inside, there were Pokémon-themed games we could play with a friend.
Interestingly, in one of these tents, we came across a game typical of the Hoenn region: we had to enter a house, navigate a maze, and battle several trainers to find a secret code that granted us access to the exit—and a prize. In this case, it was a Rare Candy.
Next, we arrived at an area reminiscent of the Battle Frontier. We faced several challenges there, but the one I enjoyed most was the rental Pokémon game. It offered a selection of Pokémon from which we had to choose three to build a team; after each battle, we could swap one of our Pokémon for one of our opponent's. It was undoubtedly a great way to test our skills as trainers.
We also managed to pick up several moves useful for our adventure by talking to the trainers in the various tents. After exploring everything, we decided to continue our journey—saving the rest for the next chapter.
