No access that is what they said but who told you no access what are you waiting for you can stand from you.
Even if the government does not give an access to anything you can still make things happen for yourself. You have access to yourself. You have access to knowledge so start from there stop waiting for that big name to take you to where you want to be.
You can start building yourself and the top. People can start approaching to light. People move to light not to darkness. As far as you're not successful people will still avoid you and don't want to come close to you.
The most you can do is to keep shopping on your screen reading your life breathing and everything and keep chasing that name be presented on that day.
You can really be on the top making things for yourself, making names for yourself and be the best. That is how you run your life at your own grade.
