Anhelo de Año Nuevo
¡Se fue el 2024,
así, no más! ¿Quién diría?
Y, en lo que termine el día,
de él quedará solo el rastro.
Con otra vuelta al rey astro,
sin gran esfuerzo ni ahínco,
llegamos, de un solo brinco,
viendo verdes y maduras,
con alegrías y amarguras,
hasta el 2025.
Sea propicia la ocasión
para yo enviarte un abrazo,
que, al sonar del cañonazo,
triplique su dimensión.
Anhelo, con gran pasión,
que en tu constante jaleo
se vaya todo lo feo,
y si la vida se encapricha,
tan solo te traiga dicha;
son mis mejores deseos.
New Year's Wish
Gone is 2024,
just like that! Who would have thought?
And, as soon as the day is over,
only a trace of him will remain.
With another turn to the star king,
with no great effort or striving,
we arrived, in a single leap,
seeing green and ripe,
with joys and bitterness,
to 2025.
