I bought a lottery ticket ONCE.

I will tell you the secret to getting the highest possible return from the lottery is to do the following:

• First: Decide the amount of money that you would like to win (I would be happy with just a few hundred dollars ... but a million also sounds fine.)
• The next is to research the lottery and find the ticket with the payout you desire.
• The third step, and this is very important. BUY THE TICKET
• The final step is to check and see if you won.

That's it.

If you won; then you just received the highest possible winnings from the lottery.

If you lost; there is no longer any need to ever buy another lottery ticket because you can no longer receive the highest possible payout from the lottery.

Anyway, I bought a lottery ticket .... ONCE.

I didn't win. So, my chance to receive the highest possible return from the lotto is gone forever.

Oh well.
