There are some great names in the Hive Second layers. Leo, Splinterlands, Waivio and iLikeTu are great names with viable second tier coins.

One approach would be to keep the bland name for the top layer network and to really promote the build out of additional programs on the second layer.

Unfortunately, the witnesses undermined the second tier network when they rose the interest on HBD to 20%.

They've made two huge mistakes ... they gave the network a bad name and give junk bond rates on the platform's stable coin.
