I've seen a few of those "Hive" products and services, too.
One I know about is a project management application whose logo is a yellow bee. For a boring name, "Hive" gets lots of mileage.
For names along the Polygon (MATIC) model, I just thought of 3 candidates:
Urawa-- In Japan there is a top league futbol team known as the Urawa Reds. It turns out "Reds" is short for Red Diamonds. The Hive logo features a red diamond. We can then say that decentralized blogging takes place on the Urawa (HIVE) network.Rabona-- The futbol management game is definitely distinctive enough for cryptocurrency, so I think that would solve the confusion problem which seems to hound Hive.TBD -- If a name needs to be chose which has ties to Our Hive as it is, maybe it can be chosen from a character in a game such as Splinterlands or Rising Star? I don't know which character name could become the new name for Hive, but I think we can forget about Angry Chicken.
