It looks like a Portulaca!
I did a search on "Nine O'Clock Flower." Several sites returned the scientific name "Portulaca grandiflora"
Apparently the Portulacaceae family is also called the purslane family. Most of the plants in the Portulacaceae family are edible. They are quite nutritous. They are unique in that they are high in omega three.
Like spinache, they are high in oxalates; so they are not good for people with kidney problems.
