Not only are the platforms having troubles uploading images. They seem to be constraining the images to 320px.

It would be nice to click on your image to see a higher resolution version.

What i do is I have a personal photo site where I upload a 1280 width version of the picture. I link my low resolution HIVE photos to my higher level image.

If you click on the image of the pennies you will go to a higher resolution image of the pennies.

My site is a full blown personal web site. There are numerous photo sharing services like tumblr and flickr. I think many blog sites like blogger and wordpress allow higher resolution images.
